ORDERING GOODS & OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance.

If we cannot accept your order (e.g., product out of stock, pricing error, safety concern, or age verification failure), you’ll be notified by email and will not be charged.
When you submit an order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’re processing it.
Once dispatched, your order is accepted, and a contract is formed between you and YOES LIMITED.
Ownership of goods passes to you upon delivery.

We do not sell goods within the EU due to the Tobacco Products Directive (2014/40/EU).

PRICING & PAYMENT

DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail and DPD for deliveries.
Some remote UK postcodes and offshore locations may not be eligible for all delivery options — this will be indicated at checkout.

While we strive to meet delivery dates, YOES LIMITED is not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, severe weather).
If significant delay occurs, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. Please inspect parcels upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it.
Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days after receiving your return.

Please note:

We cannot accept returns for opened or used e-liquids due to hygiene regulations.
Custom or perishable items are non-returnable.

We recommend using Tracked or Signed For delivery to ensure your return is received safely.

You may inspect goods as you would in-store, but if used or damaged while in your possession, we reserve the right to deduct up to the full product cost.
