Returns
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unless your item is covered under warranty, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return (unless the item is defective), your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. All hardware must be returned in its original packaging, including any outer sleeves that contain the product serial numbers. Unfortunately, we cannot accept hardware returned without this packaging. Free gifts or samples included with your order are yours to keep.
To start a return, please email us with your original order number and the reason for returning any specific items. We may request additional details such as photos or videos to assist with your request. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the items back (subject to approval).
If your return is accepted, please ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. You may use any appropriate packaging materials; even old newspapers work well.
What Happens When We Receive Your Return
Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed.
Upon receipt, your return will be inspected. We will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected. If rejected, the item will be sent back to you. If approved, we will contact you to confirm the next steps.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and then contacting us by email. We will guide you on how to return the unused items for a refund. This ensures you receive the correct product promptly, and your refund will be processed once the returned items arrive.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return and everything is in order, we will issue a refund for the product price, excluding original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few days for the funds to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to post.
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. If your item is defective, please contact us first, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange collection within the UK.
Items returned without prior authorization will not have their return shipping fees reimbursed.
Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Flawless UK Vape Distribution Ltd is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All such charges are the customer’s responsibility, including tariffs, taxes, and fees related to returns.
If a parcel is rejected by customs, the importer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred.
