DELIVERY INFORMATION

PROCESSING

All orders placed during weekdays (Monday – Friday) before 10 AM will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or during bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We use Royal Mail and DPD for all deliveries. During checkout, you can choose from the available shipping options based on your location and order total.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 7 PM. Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions or other unforeseen courier delays.

Working Days: Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays).

EXPRESS DELIVERY POSTCODE EXCLUSIONS

We do not offer 1–2 or 1–3 day services to the following postcodes:

AB, GY, DD, DG5–9 & 10–16, FK17–21, G58, G60, G62, G63, G65, G71, G84, BT*, HS, KW, IV, PA20–38, 41–49, 60–78, 80, KA, IM, KY10, 14–16, ML10–12, JE, PH, PO30–41, TD, TR21–25, ZE

Royal Mail cannot guarantee Next-Day delivery to these postcodes. Orders to these areas will be sent via Tracked 48 or DPD (1–3 working days) where applicable.


RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery for any visible damage.
If the parcel appears damaged, do not sign for it — or open it with the delivery driver present to confirm the contents.

Once a parcel is signed as received in good condition, we may not be able to claim for damage compensation.


RETURNS & CUSTOMER SUPPORT

CAN I INITIATE A RETURN?

We gladly accept returns for unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened products.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To start your return, please use your local Mail service.
Ensure you:

Obtain a proof of postage or receipt.

Securely package the item.

Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return inside the parcel.


RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS

You can return a faulty item within 30 Days of purchase.
Before returning, please contact us via email to check if the issue can be resolved remotely.

If the item is confirmed faulty, we’ll refund your postage (up to £5) and send a replacement.
If the item is not faulty, it will be returned to you with an explanation.

Normal wear and tear, scuffs, or color fading are not covered under warranty.
The warranty applies only to manufacturer defects.
